Any Advice!! Low MCAT 500-503 & cGPA 3.9 sGPA: 3.85

Hello all!

Background info: I graduated college in August of 2020 with a Biomedical Science degree and during my time off I worked two months on a temporary COVID-19 Project as a scribe. When that project ended I started to get my MCAT bearings in order and got a job as babysitter to give me more flexibility with studying. My diagnostic was was very low and I've come very far with my score in the sense of breaking the 500. Took my MCAT June 26th 2020 and felt horrible after it and I'm just hoping it was at least a 500/502. With this in mind I've decided to apply this cycle but I really need help with where to apply??? Who's OOS?

1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS: cGPA: 3.9 sGPA: 3.85
2. MCAT Score pending: possibly (500-503)
3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US): TX, USA
4. Ethnicity and/or race: Hispanic, URM, not disadvantaged

5. Clinical experience:
Medical Scribe 700hrs
7. Research experience:
Minor undergrad researcher from 2019-2020 never got to present research at a conference d/t COVID and then I graduated.
8. Volunteering:
Children’s Hospital 300hrs
9. Leadership Role:
Peer Mentoring at my university for first year students from 2018-2020
11. Relevant honors or awards
Deans List multiple semesters
