Hello,

I am a post-bacc and IL resident who just decided to apply to all the IL schools plus a bunch of schools on the East Coast. However, due to the fact that my husband is committed to working in IL for at least one more year, I'd have to defer the non-IL schools if I got in there.

With that in mind, my stats are: 3.7 post-bacc sci, 3.4 UGPA, August MCAT so no score yet, good ECs and LORs, and one unusual accomplishment. I'm guessing 28 on the MCAT or lower.

With those stats, besides the IL schools, I was thinking of applying to: Albany, U Vermont, Pitts, all the Philly schools, Case, Dartmouth, Brown, and U Conn, and a couple others I can't remember right now. That's a total of 22. Do you think that's too few schools to apply to (I'm submitting AMCAS around June 30, when my summer school grades are in)? I'd really like to get an acceptance on my first try b/c I'm already old!

Thanks,

T
