Any advices to Foreign students

Dear senior members,as i am i foreign student.At the moment im in volgograd,russia final year medical student.
I love neurosurgery n i would like to be a resident in U.S.
I have a lot of que...some are...

How the foreigners treated as a resident?
What doctors(surgeon's) think abt Russian Medicine?
Is it possible for me to come there from russia?
