I have finished my application (but not submitted yet) and can see that AADSAS has received 2 of my recommendation letters. I have sent my transcripts too but my school has mentioned that it will take 4-5 days to release my transcripts. My ques is if I don't submit my application until my transcripts status say that they are received does it really matter as AADSAS can only start its process once they get the transcripts or it won't show anything in transcripts column until I submit my application. I am asking this ques because I have already interviewed at UWO and I will probably come to know about the result sometime around 20th and I was thinking if school sends the transcripts around 10th and it reach AADSAS around 15th there will be just 5 days left and maybe I could save money not applying if I already get admitted. Will submitting my application after 20th be too late if I have already sent my documents before that.

you should submit your application now. there is nothing else that you need to fill out or anything. once AADSAS receives your transcripts, they will update it and you will know by checking your AADSAS account. just submit it now and get it over with.
