I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and graduated with a 2.745 cumulative GPA. This GPA included pre-pharmacy courses that my local school required. I couldnt get into pharmacy school and then went to nursing school. Most of those classes are older than 5 years. I am currently in a Masters Program pursing a Nurse Practitioner degree and I currently have a 4.0. My heart is still in Pharmacy. I need any advice on what schools to apply to and what I need to do to be accepted somewhere. Thanks for the help.

if your heart is still in pharmacy then surely you can put aside 1 or 2 hours to check out the pharmcas school info page and research schools that require a min 2.7 gpa to apply.

as for your chances... do you have lots of extracurriculars? volunteer experience? pharmacy experience? have you taken the pcat? alternatively you can retake all your pre reqs and apply to USN. they offer academic forgiveness for coursework older than 5 years.

I'd also advise you to look up how much you could make as a nurse practitioner, and see whether or not you'd actually make money by pursuing pharmacy. 4 years/lost earnings + 100K+ in debt + taxes makes quite a dent in your take home pay.

Sometimes happiness means more than money though

So if you apply 2 years after your undergraduate graduation, you need to retake courses?

Depending on the school, but yes. You would need to keep up with current changes and updates in some courses.
