I came to USA 3 years ago---> did not know english at all when I came..... I took first ESL... after one year of taking english classes and some chemistry classes I got a job in college as a tutor. I tutored chemistry and math (yes math ... the time killed me... ) for one year... I got my associate .. graduated with 4.0 gpa... Now I am in 4 year university studying MCB.... Current gpa 3.80.....I volunteered in the hospital for three semesters... Also, I have leadership experience (this is my second semester to be a student leader in the hospital)
I applied to UIC (currently i am studying at uiuc) SIU Mehhary Medical College, NYU.....
Unfortunately, I do not have any dental experience yet....
Should I re-take DAT??Isnt it too late? Do I have any chances to get an interview with this scores?

In terms of DAT, the score you should worry about is RC because most school really weigh this section heavily. I, for one, am semi-new to United States as well. Despite the fact I like reading, I still didn't do well on my RC (same, 16) I still keep up hopes that schools would look my other perspectives. Unfortunately, I have not got any invites yet.

Lack of dental experience is fatal, IMO. It's hardly convincing that you are interested in dentistry without even getting involved in one.
To your question, yes, it's getting late, but you never know what would happen until you submit your application.
Retake? hm...yes only if you can dramatically improve your RC and QR without lowering others.

I think you are qualified for an admission! I believe with your background you will be able to get in, so yeah I think you have a chance!
