Clinical pharmacist as a new grad? That's unlikely nowadays wherever you are. Better to do a residency if you want to do clinical.

I've been hearing of people doing residencies just to get staffing positions or hybrid staffing-clinical positions. I have a friend who graduated from LIU in 2011, did a residency at a NSLIJ hospital in 2011-2012 and is now a clinical coordinator at one of the NSLIJ hospitals.
