I've all but made it official that I'm going there next year, so I'd really appreciate it if theres a current student at UB that could PM me because I have a bunch of questions about off campus housing that I really want to get a head start on. Thanks for the help

Congrats on choosing a great school 🙂 I'd first recommend doing a search in both this forum and the pre-dental one ("seach this forum" near the upper right) because there's been lots of discussion over the past two years on housing and web sites to find it in. I've decided im going to Buffalo too. There was a guy in the pre dental forum who had a house that he was renting out to D1 students (he himself is also a D1). Check it out

Same situation as you guys. Hopefully in isn't a pain to find housing...

Buy a house, close quickly and get instate tuition. The savings in tuition will pay for the down payment. Rent out a room or two and live rent free. Housing payments here in buffalo are cheaper than rent. Congrats of the acceptance, it is a good school.
