yes they're interviewing, every monday and friday they come traipsing through in their ubiquitous black suits, white shirts, "power" blue tie and newly bought wingtips. They've been interviewing I think since October as that's when they asked current students to sign up for Q&A sessions during lunchtime.

I just got an interview invitation dated Dec 16th and im in california. Hmmm, UMDNJ or NYU?
