I keep hearing that UCLA is horrible when it comes to clinical training. Do any of you have an opinion on this? Do you feel you'll be ready to practice on your own when the time comes? I'd definitely like any insight possible on this issue. I brought this topic up during my interview and it was strongly denied -- they made it sound like some people didn't meet their clinical requirments because they were slacking, while others finished early. Anyway, any insights on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

I know next-to-nothing about UCLA, but I do know that there are students at EVERY school that slack on their requirements while others go gun-ho and finish early. So that statement in and of itself doesn't incriminate their clinical experience, nor excuse it.
