I want to loose some 50lbs which I gained when pregnant with my last baby b4 P1 starts in August (so I can look cute in class photo 🙂 as well as not sleep thru lectures. My Apt complex has a gym and I intend to use it to the max after my finals next thursday. There is no personal trainer at the gym, so my motivator is me, myself, and me. Can anyone recommend any good supplement that would aid me work out longer for say max 2hrs/day. right now I get bored after 30min.

I'd like to loose avg 5lbs a week. How do I do that (I can't quit the wine though, I have to have it.)

Thanks

5 lbs a week is a hell of a lot....I hope you have seen your doctor if you plan on losing that much weight that fast.

As for supplement, I recommend some type of MP3 player or a workout partner.

It depends on how heavy one is to begin with. People with a lot of weight to lose frequently lose that much at the start. It does taper off. That level of reduction is hard to maintain over time.
