i know this is a lomg shot, but are there any states that don't discipline your pharmacist license from a DWI-drugs (no i didn't steal from the pharmacy)

i read this:
States that do not require a criminal background check or fingerprinting for a pharmacy license include12:

• Delaware
• Hawaii
• Pennsylvania

but i don't know if that's for the techs
