Hey guys, I have a bachelor's in English/Writing, and was wondering if any of you were writers as well, or worked in the scientific editing industry.

I'm currently pre-med, trying to beat the MCAT and failing miserably. 😉 I've done well in the sciences but I guess my strengths are in the humanities! I work for an editing company of research papers while I"m applying to med school.

Anyone have any good resources for scientific editors?

Anyhow, as far as resources go for scientific editors, I'm not quite sure what you're looking for. What types of resources?

For student editing and publishing I would suggest checking out
- the McGill Journal of Medicine (mind you, I'm a bit biased 🙂 ) www.mjm.mcgill.ca

and
- the Student BMJ
