Back home (city pop. c. 23,000) a new FP residency grad was hired to run the newly formed wound center. I don't know if he's still there or not, yet it was only a few years ago. I ran into him some in the ER (former medic here) while he was on rotations. I think he was an FMG. He was definitely Indian. Due to the location and local AHEC I'm sure if there's a new doctor there that it's also an FP. I'm going to make a reasonable guess that his salary is about 96k. That's a number I picked out of a hat, but that hospital didn't pay people much.
