Hey, DDS2009,
I m not a future student, but I will be attending UCLA this year and next year. I think there is an email list going around, but for some reason, I m not on it. With some of the 1st yr taking over the 2009 thread, I think we have successfully scare all those individuals away from UCLA. jk But midterms are over. We are back to our normal route of life.
Let me give u a head start.
1. UCLA SOD booth
2. Luncheon, you should talk with Sarah to see if you are invited and RSVP if you want lunch to be served. Also, they are honoring the former associate dean of student affairs Ann Beech. She has done a wonderful job with the school for over 20 years.
3. Dean's reception. I will be helping out during that. It will be fun as you will meet most faculty and graduated DDS.
4. Of cos the most important one, UCSD Free Dental Clinics Project. I asked these guys to prepare a kickass presentation. They need audience and feedback to improve. So, come help us, the predents, out with 5 min of your time.
For meeting and carpooling and other things, I will leave to u guys to arrange it.
