just wondering. 😀

If there are, I'd like to begin the gay crew immediately, so that we can be the cool clique that everyone is gawking at during orientation thinking "wow, how did they all get to know each other so quickly? Am I not going to have any friends in med school?..." (everyone that isn't already on SDN of course).

Any current gay students at Duke feel free to join too.

There is a pretty active Duke waitlist thread, and I know there is someone over there you might be able to talk with.

So yes, I've decided on Duke. I finally had the long, dreaded talk with my partner, and I trust that things will work themselves out even if we can't move down to NC together immediately.

4.5 years is a LONG time and it's going to take a lot to shake that up other than distance.
