i think i nice place to start is to find those class threads (for the current class/previous classes) for both western and touro and browse through them. they will give u a feel for the students and you will learn some new things about both schools..good luck! :luck:

thanks! from my question and post count its pretty obvious im new. thanks again for the directions

Why are you guys think Western is so good?

It has great facilities; the classrooms are fairly new and high-tech, the labs are gigantic, etc...

The new curriculum (systems based) seems pretty cool so far.

It's in southern california.

The students and faculty try to come together to make a very progressive learning experience. Last semester, we began video recording of the lectures for download through blackboard. From what I understand we are the only osteopathic school to do that.

The majority of our faculty are really good and can teach well. Of course you always have 1 or 2 that could use some improvement.

I go there, so it must be good :meanie: j/k

So anyway, those are just some of the things that I think are great about western. And that is not to say they don't exist at other schools too (except the part about being in southern california... since its the only osteo school here)
