Know of any good histology websites? Thanks
This one might help. It may not be the best, but we used it as a companion to our Histo lectures last year. Click on the yellow "labs 1-26" tabs to the right to get the pictures you want. Enjoy!
The University of Iowa has a good virtual slidebox:
do a google search for "blue histology" and you'll get a great site from the university of western australia
umdnj and kansas were big helps....i never used the other 2 much...not sure how they are
Blue histo is awesome
I found it was succinct, excellent pictures and easy to get through. It helped raise my final grade in the class. It's made by a Swiss guy so you know the attention to detail is very good.
what are the best histology atlas textbooks?
Not that others are bad (rather, there are so many resourses and time doesn't permit using them all)
Wheater's is the standby.
This is the one everyone at UCD uses. A lot of the images come out of our course, but you can use it to quiz yourself on the different areas. I found it very helpful.
