Any good PDF annotator program for First Aid?

What's a good PDF annotator for First Aid for Mac? tried Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Foxit Reader, but I hate Adobe's sticky notes and Foxit crashes too frequently.

I liked both Good Reader and PDF Expert.

FoxIt PDF reader/annotator. The free version works fine.

I like drawboard even though it isn't free. I think its 9.99 or something.

Edit: saw for mac, not sure if its made for mac cause i use pc but id check it out.

I never had to pay for Drawboard. Maybe it became not-free after I downloaded it?
