I've read White Coat: Becoming A Doctor At Harvard Medical School by Ellen L. Rothman. Interesting read.

I also checked out Body of Knowledge : One Semester of Gross Anatomy, the Gateway to Becoming a Doctor by Steven Giegerich from the library but never got around to reading it.
