Not sure about blogs, but I've found the Burn ICU Podcast to be pretty good...

Excellent blog. I read it for a few years, read his book too, and then he stopped posting for a while, and I haven't even looked at it in a few years now. Should still have lots of the content that was really interesting to me in med school.
