If someone knows a good website that is short and to the point in explaining experimental techniques such as western blot, southern blot, gel electrophoresis, etc. for the bio section, could you post a link?

this is what i found but it seems a little shady. i prefer a little better explanation. and wiki is too detailed =/

supposedly there is a whole HUGE book of molecular biology techniques. you could go through all that. or...you could just understand the concepts and be prepared for anything. most likely they'll give you various information regarding a technique, but you should just be familiar with the concepts. the background information will be given, you'll just have to apply it.

TPRH bio book has an appendix of techniques, I found it very helpful.
