I am a FP resident doing one month of inpatient peds. I don't have any good pediatric textbooks and I have no money. Any advice on good websites for reliable pediatric info (maybe an online textbook or something)? I already use UptoDate and I am way beyond using Blueprints. Any suggestions?

While it's not a comprehensive site for peds, the Cincinnati Children's site has EBM-based clinical practice guidelines for many of the most common things you'll see in the hospital (like bronchiolitis, asthma, fever in infants, pneumonia, gastro, first-time seizures, etc), and each topic includes the actual CPG, as well as lots of other info. They're really good. Here's the web site:

Also, you can always try emedicine.com, but I'm not sure it'll have much more than you can already get on uptodate.com (which I love for peds).

:luck:
