I interviewed there as well, and I have more questions than answers.
It seems that though the salaries and benefits for the residents are generous, they expect hard work throughout their residency. The few residents I met appeared very happy, but as the program did not host the customary pre-interview dinner I didn't have a chance to talk to more of them confidentially. The faculty were very friendly, but I got a strange feeling when they kept on telling how competitive the program had become, which wasn't immediately apparent to me.
