I don't know what to do..ive been studying super hard for 3 weeks already...my uworld scores are still at 40%...ive done all the sections of first aid except immuno and pharm..🙁 3 weeks left til exam..someone please help, what do i do???

Well, clearly you're not understanding the concepts they are asking you. You should probably go and spend a few days trying to relearn some of those topics better. Really understand some major ideas. And then maybe go through the pharma and immuno if you only have 3 weeks. Doing questions over and over on things you don't even understand well is not my idea of a good strategy.

Find out which subjects have the lowest score and work on them. That's the only way to improve your weaknesses in short or long time. There's no other way out. Make a list of important points from your wrong answers and go over them on different days so that they get into your long term memory. If you have to draw things out that are hard to remember or come up with a story to recall them then do that.

How are you doing on NBME's or on a Uworld Self Assessment exam?? See where you are at. Maybe you had really low scores at the beginning of Uworld so your overall score will show a low % even if you are starting to improve.

If according to NBME's or SA tests, you are below 60%. Then I would suggest postponing, at least for 1 more month.

Are you actually taking notes on all the questions explanations or just saying "oh okay" and moving on. You need to keep notes and review them repeatedly. This is the only way you will see your score go up. Regardless, you need to assess yourself close to test time, if you are doing poorly then postpone. You only get one shot at this mother!

If you are anything like me, it's because you have bad memory. I would spend 15 min reviewing each uworld question, and 2 days later, I wont' even remember seeing the question.. and Id get it wrong. It's very frustrating and since it's such a huge test, it's hard to improve my score.. but i guess your hope is to keep repeating the material =(

don't focus on what topics, etc. since it seems like you're scoring low in all areas. However, analyze on why you are getting the questions wrong. Is it because you're careless? or you forgot the concept? or you have not gone through the concept? and go from there.
