Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the MSAR? I had been checking it out from the career advising office at my school, but I moved home for the summer and was wondering if there may be a copy at a local public library or a local bookstore... Anyone know?

b/c AAMC can and will charge you $20 for it.

Very very true.

Shredder,

I think you could find out most of the info in the MSAR by looking at the websites for individual schools. So don't worry about it.

To the OP:

If you want a copy, Amazon is probably currently the cheapest place to order it off of.

AAMC and Amazon both reduce the price around July and early fall, for a special period of time. It is currently 17.95 + tax and shipping and handling at AAMC.

As per Amazon, I think it was a little bit less, but not much difference in price from AAMC.

I don't really want to buy a copy, as it will take a while to get here and I am a poor college student who has spent enough money already with pre-med fees and I know it will only get more expensive... :meanie:

But, do you guys know if public libraries keep a copy that I could check out for the day? Or would it be just as convenient to look up the info. online? I guess I just prefer looking at a book over looking at a computer screen for longer periods of time... 🙂
