Any Info On Perio/implant Programs...help!!!

Hi,... I would really appreciate if anyone has any info. on perio residency programs and implant certificate programs. I know the deadlines for the perio programs are over, but if anyone has any idea about vacancies....Or even how to find out about them, it would help me save a year. I have written to the program directors of all the schools, and I am awaiting their replies. Does the AAP have the entire list of schools?

3 schools offer degree programs in implantology- BU, NYU and Loma Linda. Loma Linda is generally considered the leader.

How about harvard? I am not sure about the rank of harvard dental school in USA, any body knows the answer? thanks a lot
