The best program by far of the three is UVa. Dr. Kerrigan left our program to chair the program at UVa a couple of years ago. She is a huge boost to the program and I'm sure it will evolve into a top program. I posted something about the BU program so you can look for that thread. With regards to Nassau, I haven't heard great things about the program.
