Hey guys

I run a fairly active forum system (www.aychamo.com), and I find that I often have questions regarding the sciences, always pertaining to my homework. And I find that there is always someone out there that I can get help from, and I always help whenever I can.

I was thinking of starting some type of science forum system. One in which there will be a forum dedicated to the branches of sciences. So. Like if you have a question regarding organic chemistry, you can come and post, and everyone else can try to answer, or you can answer if you have solutions, etc. And the thing it self can develop into a pretty functional system because it will be a repository for science data (like a built in FAQ)

Anyways. So .. I have the means and the method to start this, and I am curious if you guys think this is a good idea, or would like to participate in something like this?

I think this sounds like a good idea. I'm sure you would get a lot of SDN traffic, at least! Seriously, I wish I had had something like this when I was doing my prereqs, especially orgo.

Even though support here has been much less than expected, I think I will do it. I have some organic chemistry grad students that are willing to help out, and a physics major. I think this could work.
