I was wondering if there is any Biology lab-type questions on the real thing? If so, about how many?
Thanks.

Well, I'm not certain as to the extent of lab based questions, but I do think you should know about PCR, centrifugation, and electrophoresis.

yes, there and the number depends on your test. I am 100% sure less than 10 and it is most likely around 2 or 3.

Thanks doc. Some lab-type questions seem difficult. Were those the 'very difficult' bio questions out of the 40? Or the hard ones were of any type?

I think I ran into one on my DAT, but I don't remember it being difficult. I think it was about gels, and you had to determine which patient had a disease or something compared to a standard. I did have a chem lab one asking about how to extract something, and that one was a bit tricky.

I think I also had a bio question similar to that, but it wasn't too difficult, it's stuff learned from reading and taking bio not necessarily or specifically the lab class itself. I do remember that I had lab questions in the chemistries that pertained more on the lab part than the lecture.

It depends on the test. Ive heard of people getting very difficult electrophoresis questions and Ive also heard of people getting basic ones. Just hope for the best because it is out of your hand.

Just thought of a good answer.
They were so basic that they were hard for me.
