Any last minute tips?

Got 2 days (exams monday)

Planned: UW Review + 1 FA Read

Done:
NBME 6 (school sponsored): 300 --

NBME 7 (After UW + FA): 500

Free 150: 75% (If this is of any relevance)

I feel pretty fine with my scores (not a typical SDN member hoping for a 290)

Any last minute tips to boost my score 5 points or such? Or should I leave it to luck?

FA again in 2 days would be overdoing in my opinion. Even if you do finish in 2 days, things wont stick. Decide your 8-10 weakest areas and read that portion from FA, instead of going cover to cover. And on last day, if you have time, read your UW notes.

I have not taken the exam, but I would agree with this in general. Unless you are a fast reader and retain well (which you may), I would recommend reading your weakest subjects first even if you do go through all of FA to ensure you won't be burned out. UW notes are a good idea as well.
