Any MD/PhDs who just matched?

I would love to get some feedback about which programs you found to be MD/PhD friendly or unfriendly and what you felt was the best strategy to approach the interview and personal statement. I was wondering if it was possible to overstress research when applying broadly. If any MD/PhD masochists out there have some advice I would greatly appreciate it. Congrats on the match everyone.
