hey Guys and Girls,

any out-of-state (non-florida) applicants get interview invites or get interviewed at UF?

it's such a great school but they only take like 10 out of state for a class of 82.
chances are slim.

When I interviewed there in September, there was ONE out of stater. He was from Alabama

I'm from PA and I was fortunate enough to interview at UF on Oct. 3rd. There were 12 of us, I was the only out of stater, and half of the Floridians there went to UF undergrad...🙄

Yeah it's very difficult to get an interview as an out of stater, even after the interview, it's that much harder getting in as well. It sucks I know, but it is a state school. For the amount of applicants that come out of Florida the two schools we have doesn't even seem like enough 🙄

at my interview there was one out of state. 1/2 were from UF. we also had representation from FSU, UMiami, Nova, and FIU.

well, i am going to do my best at the interview and hope i get in.
i've heard so many good things about the school; but of course i need to see the school for myself.

Had interview at UF with the Sept. 19th group. THere was 1 out of stater, I think from NY.

yes sorta. but they said they were going to interview the same amount or maybe less so who knows.

dr. sposetti said the ADCOM would meet later in the process and discuss this. it has not been decided yet. at least not until a few weeks ago. soeone who has interviewed within the past few weeks might more updated news than me.

Thanks. I know they meet for the first time in mid November so I guess that's when they'll decide it.
