I have some questions for someone who got admitted into UPENN this year:
My stats are:
NBDE part 1: 88
ECE score: 3.21
TOEFL: 270
Work experience in India: 2 years.
Work experience in US: 4 months(as orthodontic assistant)

My question is are there any chances of me getting an interview letter?
I am planning to take part 2, will that help.
Also, I am a resident of pennsylvania.
I dont know if that helps.

I will appreciate the responses.

The rule to work as a dental assistant is different is all the states.
I live in pennsylvania, here you dont require any certification or anything,
I just took a Radiology exam, which qualifies me to take X-rays.
You caan go to www.danb.org
This is the website of dental assisting national boards.
You can call them and ask them if you need to take an exam to
work as an assistant in your state.
They will be able to help you.
If you need any help, tell me which state you are from, I might be able to give you some information.

Thanks for the info.about DA certification bcoz i just moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania area .Can you please tell me how did you prepare for radiology exam? Does one have to take any X ray course for that?
