This is my take:
Since you want to go back, do you really,really want to spend all the money-up to about 125k USD? 😱 Thats quite a load.Think very carefully.
There is a program from NYU,offered especially for dentists who want to go back to their home country to practice,you may want to explore that.
My best understanding of this program is you get to work only on simulated models..NOT patients.Heres a link:

One of my friends who has been in the US for about 2 years,wants to go back, works as a dental assistant and says that shes getting a lot out of it,so thats another option.
