USMLE Any opinions on best computer for Step 1 Prep/studying?

I have to buy a computer for med school and I'm looking for opinions on which kind might be best for Step 1 prep (electronic flashcards, videos, saving files, recordings, etc). Or maybe just tips on what are must-have features?

Any reasonable laptop can run what you need for medical school. There isn't one device that I've seen used more than others.
