Any other schools similar to UNC in terms of quality of life?

Going through the ADEA book but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? A school that is affordable might give in state tuition and accepts OOS students. Born and raised in NYC so I just want to keep my options open.

Like you want a really cheap school? Because Buffalo is like super cheap, plus living here is very cheap. I pay $260 for rent right next to campus.

I'm applying there. Just trying to increase my odds of going to an affordable school. Like UNC would have been about the same price as buffalo. So I'm looking for similar options, not including texas.

Yeah I know what you mean, I'm trying to find some cheap schools too. I know UNC and UB are roughly the same price but the cost of living here in Buffalo is so low that it might be the cheapest option for you as a NY resident. Stony Brook is the same price as well but Long Island is expensive.
