I was wondering if there was any penalty or do they frown upon people applying more than once in their lifetime?

I've currently just graduated with a biochem degree from SUNY Stonybrook and have been gaining experience as a full time Tech. I know my chances of getting into pharm school aren't great because I have a sub 3 gpa, but I was advised to apply anyway and test the waters.

The question is, do I have anything to lose (besides money) by applying? Would it look bad if I applied unsuccessfully this year and applied again next year or the year after?

Apologies if this was already covered in another thread, and I'm any type of input would be great. Thanks.

It dosen't look bad if you apply more than once. It shows your commitment.
