So I am a P1 student in my third quarter in an accelerated PharmD program. However it seems like a sinking ship, it’s currently still accredited but I fear by the time I get to my third year they may lose accreditation. Has anyone ever transferred? Is that even possible? If anyone has done that what is the process? I’m just worried I’m going to be in a significant amount of debt and put in all this work to essentially get to my third year where I have completed all my classes and am only on rotations to lose all of it? I’m at a loss on what to do.

The entire profession is a sinking ship. There is no guarantee that you’ll jump to a program that is not also a sinking ship. I would switch professions entirely.

The best time to drop out of pharmacy school was before starting. The next best time to drop out is now.

That’s not really an option I have nothing else going for me. I’d have to go back to undergrad to redo some other courses that I took over 8 years ago if I wanted to do anything else like MD or PA. So this is all I’ve got. I wouldn’t say it’s a sinking ship either, pharmacist are needed in a lot of areas. I’m not planning on going to community which is a dumpster fire.

I'm thinking about applying to an accelerated program soon....Would you mind sharing what state/program you're in?
