Any pharmacist doing MTM on side for extra income?

Hi everyone are there any pharmacist doing mtm and getting paid for it. I work for one of chains and I do mtm. I really wish I got paid for it instead of the company. I have heard some pharmacist doing part time and full time getting paid personally. I want to know if anyone have more info on this?

Check your contract as there may be a non-compete clause.

I looked into it briefly, and it didn't seem worth while for me at least.
