Any physician only practices in Michigan?

I will be graduating from an anesthesiology residency in July 2011. I am now starting to look for jobs. The idea of a physician only practice really interests me, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any in Michigan? Would also possibly consider Ohio, Indiana, or Wisconsin.

The eastern side of the state is mostly supervision-only.
