Any postbacc programs that pay well?

I am currently in my gap year looking to do research as a postbacc, preferably in neurology, but I am open to other fields. I have been looking for postbacc programs, but I haven't been that lucky. A lot of the programs I found require students to pay a tuition, but I since I am financially not well-equipped to support myself and fund my med school applications, I am not able to afford such types of programs. I found out about the NIH's postbacc program, however, I do not think I will be able to afford all of my expenses with the stipend they provide. I know Stanford offers a good-paying postbacc program, but that is the only institution that I found on the internet. Does anyone know other research programs that are one year long in any type of research position?

There are postbac programs designed for individuals who want to pursue Ph.D.'s that will pay a stipend. Granted, they are not intended for those who want to go to health professions careers.
