Any programs offering combined 2-year IC/structural fellowship?

I’m applying for IC this coming season 2026-2027.

Looking for some info whether there are programs that actually offer a (kind of guaranteed) year of structural fellowship following IC year?

I know there are many places with both but just wondering if there’s a combined two year position.

There are some combined programs (CCF, Mayo Clinic, BWH, and others). That being said, it's not hard at all to get into a structural program (you'll likely not have an issue staying at the same program if you go to a 1-year IC program. Keep in your mind that the structural market is supersaturated (some new grads who did structural are giving up structural to take IC jobs).
