you should put your stats and stuff
I'm not looking for school suggestions. As mentioned in the post, I just want to make sure my list doesn't contain schools with strong IS/regional bias, very specific missions, etc.)

Almost looks identical to the list I had this application cycle.

Personally, I thought it was a waste of money to apply to those high volume, low-yield schools like NYMC, Drexel, Dartmouth, etc. Also, I know this is N = 1, but Virginia Commonwealth was not professional when handling my application, from improperly processing the secondary fee to confusing my ID with another applicant's - withdrew instantly when I got an A from my top choice.

University of IL is absurdly expensive for OOS. Rush favors applicants with lots and lots of volunteer hours. Tulane, Drexel, and Loyola are exceptionally high volume / low yield.

This is exactly the info I was looking for. I need to go through my list and choose a few low-yields I want to keep and get rid of the rest.

What is considered a lot for Rush?

You got a fair number of low yields like Tulane, Drexel, Jeff, Temple, Rosalind, Loyola (I think?), which honestly is fine since your list is quite large

NY resident.

Not looking for critiques on my list, just want to make sure I'm not applying to pointless schools.

Impossible to answer without knowing your stats and ECs.

If we don’t know what your interests, ECs and stats are, it’s impossible to advise you. We don’t even know where you are from.

Hundreds if not thousands of service hours.
You have lots of schools on your list that are public OOS, schools that receive thousands of applications each cycle (like 12k+) and several that are focused on specific missions . Do what @Faha said and go through your list using the MSAR.

What specific missions are you referring to?

Add all SUNYs if you're from NY

You are competitive for all DO schools with your stats. Some of the MD schools are unrealistic with your sGPA and some have a strong instate or regional bias. Remove these schools:
  1. Toledo
  2. Rosalind Franklin
  3. UCF
  4. Tufts
  5. Dartmouth
  6. UCSF
  7. Pitt
  8. Mayo
  9. Mt. Sinai
