Are there any schools I should apply to (for regional preference) besides the UW as a WA resident? Thanks.

You mean aside from UWSOM? Probably the DO school in Yakima (PNWU). Also, if applying out of state make sure you look at the stats for that school of matriculations IS vs. OOS (ie. Michigan State takes like 90% instate).

UNDSMHS reserves spots every year for applicants that fall under the WICHE categorization (such as Washington). Defintitely add this school to your list.
