Are there any books out there that you guys are reading to help you before interviews? Whether they are healthcare topics related or interview tips related...i'm looking to get something to get me more prepared. Any suggestions?

I don't know about books, but I think you'll find the interview feedback sections' questions more than sufficient to prep you for interviews. Practice with real ppl that's the best prep. As for health care topics, best is to understand the recent health care issues, simply from newspaper/mag/scientific articles.

You are the man in college football, then move to the NFL and realize its still way too fast. Same concept. But play college ball, and do some mock interviews -- its the BEST mode of preparation.

Who Killed Health Care? by Regina Herzinger prepared me a lot for the health care reform questions. Though, be aware the author has a strong libertarian ideology.
