Does anyone have any info on the Maricopa County EM program in Phoenix?

1 quality of teaching
2 atmosphere (residents/facility/staff/etc)
3 competitiveness (relative to other EM programs)
4 any other coments

One of my attendings graduated from there a coupel of years ago, she's pretty solid, and is one of the ultrasound peeps at our residency.
