U at Buffalo, Case, Columbia and NYU.

Go to columbia if you want to specialize. It's Ivy league and they have a high specialization rate.

go to any school if you want to specialize, just make sure you have good board scores and are top 10-15% in your class and have good extracurriculars in your field of choice.

Picking a school based on a whimsical desire to specialize is like picking shoes that will help you score 40 points in the NBA.
