I want to re write my mcat. Unfortunatley I will be doing so in the middle of june and get it in july 15th.
For a long time i thought that i will have everything prepared before july 15th such that when the date come and my mcat score drops i automatically apply for secondaries. Secondaries for most schools will take 7-10 days to receive. This means I will be submitted everything in late july.
However, I was wondering if someone knows a way to attain secondaries faster?

I was hoping perhaps I can apply for secondareis right now with my low mcat score, but only submit my secondaires when my mcat score on the 15th. That way i would have submitted my application 7-10 days earlier. My only worry with this plan is that what if they do not look at my new mcat score? What if the mcat score that they look at is ijust the one taht they see when you submitted your primaries? That would make my second mcat score completley null

What does eveyrone think?

So lets imagine that med school x releases secondaries in july 15

A peron submits their primary at May 10th
A seoncond person submit their primary at july 1st

They both submit their secondaries on july 16th

Who does rolling admission favor? Is it the first person who submitted their primary first? Or is it neither since they both submitted their secondaries at the same time?

Thanks

@minst your 2 threads asking the same question have been merged.

Some DO schools don't have secondary essays at all, and in some cases the secondary questions are simple short-answer questions that pop up on the AACOMAS app after you select that school.
It is not worthy of your time and attention to focus on "being first" when you apply.
