Well depending on when your taking the exam will depend on my answer for you. IF you have a few months i would first go over each section broadly the material invovled in it. Then i would approach problems to see what kind of questions are being asked. From there i would try to udnerstand the answers provided. As for resources i would use Kaplan for a general scope and then Destroyer Achiever and Top Score for a more specific and better understanding of the material. Good Luck hope that helps!!
